Echoridge Townhouse location

The townhouse is in Dongtan, a new & upscale part of Hwaseong near buses & 5 minutes drive from a subway. It is mostly air conditioned, but with some large fans. If the regular bedroom is booked, the attic is available. This is a bedroom within a private home. We need to know check in & check out times. We normally go to sleep before 10:30 p.m. At least 1 of us should be home while you are there. If you need more than a few days, please tell us when you request the reservation. The available bedrooms are on the second floor (a double bed) and the attic, where there is an extra mattress and a patio. We will give the guest the option of the second floor bedroom or the attic (which is larger). We intend to rent these separately. Renting bedroom & attic separately. 25,000 won for one person, 35,000 won for 2 Breakfast is available at a modest price. There is a refrigerator, stove, and utensils as needed. Normally, the place is unavailable on Wednesday. This is a residential area. Unlike other areas, this part of Dongtan primarily consists of townhouses and single family homes. This is almost unheard of in major cities throughout Korea. The location is 10 minutes walk to bus transportation to Seoul. Bus transportation within Hwaseong is 5 minutes walking distance.
