It’s a beautiful newly renovated cottage ok the edge of Matlock park with stunning walks around it. You have Matlock bath close by with attractions such as the heights of Abraham, Gullivers kingdom and also Chatsworth house close by. The property is in a quiet location away from the main road but only 5 minutes walk to bars and restaurants through the gorgeous park. The house is cosy, fully equipped with everything you need, a great log burner and garden with a shelter next to the stream. All the space inside the property is for guests and the garden- it’s more of a yard with a patio with a wooden shelter next to the stream rather than a lawn garden.... Phone call or text is fine :-) Close to the park, local shops a short walk through the stunning park, bars and supermarkets are close by, great local walks, riber castle, Chatsworth, Bakewell, Matlock bath, Gullivers kingdom, Heights of Abraham, Belper, Crich tramway museum. Very many attractions close by. There is parking at the property with spaces outside the house but these aren’t allocated they are first come first served- there is also more parking close by just down the side the park but this is street parking so also first come first served- although I have never had any problem parking near the house, I did need to mention that there is no actual allocated parking for the house.
