Roomy kitchen + dining table. Additional cloakroom WC downstairs. •20 min walk- Lawrence Hill Train Station •3 mins-local bus stop •30 min brisk walk-Centre. We are keen to welcome short stays. We live on site and are used to having students/guests stay with us. You will have access to a private single bedroom, which is solely yours for the duration of your stay. There is a smart TV for your use. (Please remember to log out of any apps you sign into) All other areas are shared. Please be considerate and tidy in communal areas. No entry is permitted into other bedrooms. There is a fully equipped kitchen and you are welcome to use all cooking implements. You will have a shelf in the fridge and cupboard space. Please clean the kitchen immediately after you use it. Utensils and work surfaces etc. A bath towel is provided for your stay. Please let us know if you are spending the night away from the residences. Very close to St George’s park which is a lovely green space only 10 mins away. Also accessible by foot (average to fast pace) : Large Tesco 20 mins Local train station 15 mins Church road high street 15 mins Fishponds high street 20 mins There is plenty of street parking and bike storage. Good bus/motorway and cycle track access. The Bus stop which will take you into the centre is 3 mins away with buses running throughout the day every 15-20mins. House is set on a lovely/ quiet, newly built housing development . Pet free home. Guests that are with us for 7 days or longer are permitted 1 wash load per week, by arrangement. For shorter stays there is a £5 surcharge for washing.
