The isle of Anglesey with the ferry at Holyhead making it easy for a day trip to Southern Ireland. The Roman city of Chester, the areas of Wirral peninsula, Merseyside & Liverpool. All steeped in history with many national trust properties within the locality. For a bit of retail therapy there is the outlet village of Cheshire Oaks only a 20 minute drive away. A great local area for mountain biking. We offer plenty of area for guests to park bikes up outside the property ( at their own risk). Together with ample free parking for several vehicles. There is a 12 hour local convenience store within walking distance at the top of the drive to purchase those essentials. It is strongly recommend that guests have their own form of transport when staying at this property. Access can be gained to the property via small court yard. The private access is gained through lockable french doors. The owners conservatory is on the same floor adjacent to the flat . However this not for public use. The flat has access via the living area to a small court yard. Host will contact guest via airbnb site or text early before arrival to provide directions to property and gaining access. The access to the flat is gained usually by a pre arranged appointment or if this not possible then a code for keysafe will be text before arrival to guest. We live above the ground floor flat and will be readily available for all queries, if needed. We won't intrude during your stay, but will be available should you need us. Great walks and historical facts of local areas Halkyn Mountain, Moel Fammau, Offas Dyke and the Clwydian Range. St Winifreds well the local shrine at Holywell. The famous Chester zoo is within 20 minutes drive. To coastal paths. Lovely local places to eat Springfield Hotel, Britannia Inn, Stamford gate to name but a few. Also great area for cycling along the North Wales coastal route to as far as Chester. Alternatively by road from one county to another. To mountain biking over the tougher terrains.
