Public transport is a 5 minute walk and there is easy access to the freeway. A short trip to Essendon fields business centre & Essendon dfo for shopping. Highpoint shopping centre is also only 10 minutes away. My home is ideal for a family, couples & business travellers. Comfortable newly furnished home is suitable for couples, families & travellers. This house has 3 bedrooms, a master bedroom with queen bed and ensuite, 2nd bedroom with double bed, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds (all with built in robes). The brand new kitchen has a refrigerator, gas stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster & all cooking utensils. The main bathroom and ensuite are also newly renovated. The laundry has a washing machine for guests. The backyard is there for you to relax, have a coffee or host a family barbecue. Quiet residential area with easy access to local coffee shops, takeaway food, supermarkets, convenience stores, parklands and leisure centre (gym & swimming pool). The best way to get around is by either car, bus or taxi. The bus is a 5 minute walk away to get you to the Essendon train station or other destinations. There is a local skate park for kids & families to enjoy which is within walking distance. The Maribyrnong River is a 7 minute drive which is also great for couples & families, it includes playgrounds, walking track & restaurants with magnificent scenery.
