Snowdonia Cottage peaceful with great views

Caeabergam Bach, Llanbedr is a peaceful well equipped cottage with glorious mountain views -holds a Tripadvisors certificate of Merit - this one bedroom cottage on the West coast of Wales is within the Snowdonia National Park. Ideally situated to enjoy the numerous sandy beaches, castles, lakes and mountain walks the area has to offer and for the more adventurous there's zip wires and underground trampolining - and 3 miles from the Guinness book of records 'steepest road in the world'. A one bedroom cottage has recently been fully refurbished - perfect for a couple or a couple with a babe in arms. [travel cot available on request for 1 child up to the age of 18 months] From its own parking area step up a couple of steps onto the raised patio area with garden furniture - perfect for enjoying the views down the valley, from the patio you enter the cottage through a south facing conservatory furnished with comfortable cane chairs. Step through bifold doors into the cosy lounge with cane settee, dining table & chairs, TV DVD and WiFi. Off the lounge is a well-equipped kitchen, with a full sized electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, freezer and washer/dryer. Off the kitchen is a shower room with washbasin & toilet. Upstairs the bedroom has a double bed and plenty of storage and an ensuite toilet and washbasin. All heating, electric, WiFi, linen and towels are included in the rental - we just ask you to please bring your own beach towels. The cottage is self-contained with no shared areas. The cottage is semi-detached and the owners live next door. We always greet our guests with the key on their arrival, show them around the cottage and familiarise them with heating etc. We are on hand to give any help or information should it be required.
