Bruny Beach House is located on the north of Bruny Island, at Dennes Point, and is only 40 metres from high tide on the long, beautiful Nebraska Beach with spectacular 180-degree views over the D'Entrecasteaux Channel. The north island is often referred to as the ‘Paris end of Bruny Island' as distinct from the more rugged terrain of the south. Dennes Point offers a gentle beauty with stunning mountain views across Nebraska Beach featuring ‘must see' sandstone cliffs, a short walk from BBH. The sea offers up a constant supply of oysters and mussels and good fishing if that is your fancy. At the rear of the house is an oval and tennis court for leisure activity and bush views. We are 450 metres from the jetty and the Jetty Café & At the Point Art Gallery. Outstanding walks turning left or right from the house towards Bligh Point and Killora or towards Kelly's Lookout offer breathtaking water and mountain views with a naturally textured landscape. Birdlife abounds particularly the elusive forty-spotted pardalote. The odd echidna, quoll and wallaby can be seen exploring the property.
