Humble Abode

The house is a well-lit, simple and comfortable place for your stay. The living room faces a garden. You can avail the garage space for two cars. There are few corner shops for daily needs and grocery. There are 3 main supermarkets about 200 metres away. The house is located very close to the University of Kelaniya, the Kiribathgoda Hospital and some well-known places of worship such as St Sebastian Church, the Kelaniya Raja Maha Viharaya, and is also quite close to the Thewatte Basillica. Facilities Tea/Coffee and clean drinking water will be available throughout your stay, free of charge! A set of keys to the house will be given on arrival, to be returned at your departure. An A/C bedroom is available. (Pls switch off A/C and lights before getting out of the house. Wireless Internet payment to be made upfront). (Internet must be strictly used only for email and internet. Downloading movies strictly prohibited. You will be asked to pay for extra data credit). Change of linen will be made on requests. Every other day or weekly. Cancel up to 3 days before your trip and get a full refund. I will be present to receive you and for any assistance required, but will be accessible on the phone any time of the day (unless otherwise informed). I will try to assist you as much as possible with limited presence at the location. As I work in Colombo, will be away during weekdays and will visit my adjoining place (nextdoor) on the weekends. A trusted maid will be available in the morning hours during the week, who could be contacted by you for any assistance required. The house is in a a very peaceful and extremely quiet neighbourhood. Ideal for scholars and writers. Public transport via buses, trains and tuk tuks are commonly available. Call taxis are also available Donts The dining room and the pantry, complete with cutlery and crockery and essential utensils and a mini refrigerator will be provided) Smoking inside the house is prohibited. Please avoid having meals in the bedroom. No guest is allowed for overnight stay.
