Multifunctional house with sauna close to nature

If you want to relax, you can do so in the luxurious bathroom with corner bath and waterfall shower or in the small Finnish sauna and lounge area in the attic. If you are looking for something more active, the woods and meadows in the vicinity are very suitable for walking, cycling or mountain biking. In addition, fitness equipment and many (escape room) games are available indoors. In case you need to work, you can make use of the office room with decent WiFi, a desk, monitor and printer. The ground floor consists of a spacious living room, luxurious open kitchen and toilet. In the kitchen you can use the refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, cooker, oven-microwave combination and other kitchen equipment. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. The master bedroom contains a well-stocked bookcase and the smaller bedroom a closet with many (escape room) games for the enthusiast. There is also an office room (with desk, monitor, keyboard, mouse and printer) and a luxurious bathroom. The bathroom contains a large corner bath and a walk-in shower with waterfall shower head. In the attic there is a washer-dryer and a small Finnish sauna (for 2 people). The attic room is multifunctional and is usually used as a relaxation area when using the sauna. This room can also be converted into an extra bedroom as it has a sofa bed, mattress and hammock. Finally, fitness/yoga equipment is available, so the attic can be used for a workout or meditation. The backyard will be thoroughly overhauled in the future, but now you can at least enjoy the sun, provided the weather cooperates. The entire house and garden are available to guests and are NOT shared with the owners. Upon arrival, a short tour of the house will be given and, if desired, tips can be provided regarding activities or the area. During the stay, the homeowners can be reached by phone for further questions or emergencies. Rik is fluent in Dutch and English and Aga is fluent in Polish and English. In addition, both speak a little bit of Spanish, German and French. Driebergen is located within National Park Utrechtse Heuvelrug amidst forests and meadows, which makes it a very attractive location for hikers and cyclists. Various mountain bike trails can also be found in the woods. In Driebergen there are also several restaurants, a swimming pool and sports center to tennis, squash, fitness or golf. The small shopping center De Sluis is a five-minute walk from the house and contains a supermarket. Finally, Driebergen is only a fifteen minute drive from Utrecht and a day trip to Amersfoort is also possible. Driebergen is located on the A12 and is therefore easily accessible by car. The car can be parked for free on the street opposite the house. The Driebergen-Zeist train station is fifteen minutes by bike and from there it is only ten minutes by train to Utrecht.
