Two bedroom apartment located in a very private house only 200 meters from the beach. The apartment has it's own private entrance, a kitchen, one bathroom and a shared terrace. Perfect for relaxation on account of no neighbors in the close vicinity! The apartment is perfect for a family on summer vacation, though it is available year-round. It features two bedrooms each with two single beds, one bathroom with a shower, one kitchen/living area and a share terrace. The kitchen has all the necessities, a microwave, toster, hand blender, a fridge and a freezer. Our guests have access to the terrace , our garden full of spice and Mediterranean plants, a barbeque , free herb garden with lots of spices and herbs. and free wifi. Free parking is provided on site. We live in the house year-round. We will always be there for anything you might need, but, on the other hand, very discrete and you will have complete privacy and enjoy peace and quiet place, without us or anybody else disturbing or interrupting you. If requested we can arrange a number of activities for you: a boat ride, a tour of the local excellent wineries,bike rides, we can arrange dinners at the house made with local and home grown food for you, etc. we offer, on your request, delicious rich breakfast, made with local ingredients, fresh fruit and veggies from our garden , very convenient price , our guests just adore it . Our house is a bit distanced from the other houses in Luka Dubrava, meaning our guests enjoy complete privacy as far as surroundings go. In the house there are two more apartments that are rented out so you may see the other guests on the terrace, but the atmosphere is usually very friendly. The beach is only 200 meters away, and it is never crowded. The bay is quite shallow so the sea temperature can get as high as 29 degrees Centigrade. Perfect for elderly people and small children who hate cold water. It also means our swimming season lasts a lot longer than in other places that are not so well protected. Luka Dubrava is a small place, with one row of houses on the sea shore, and a nice beach in the center of it. The closest store is in the village Janjina (4 km in the direction of Orebic). Janjina also has a post office, an ATM and a fish market. Public transit is possible via bus, which stops at the entrance to Luka Dubrava. If you're arriving that way you can give us a call to come pick you up, though it's a short walk to our house.
