IGA walking distance open 24/7 The feeling of being in your own home, 2 mins walk to Botanical Garden good for joggers, walkers or for fresh air. Swimming pool open 24/7 with 32 inches TV, the outdoor kitchen has a big fridge, Backyard setting to smoke, coffee or just relax. We are home when needed, love to chat after work over coffee but not any alcohol beverage as we have allergies. We have good neighbours quite like to mind their own business.
