Private and secluded

A guest house catering for a family of 2 adults and 2 children. 40 acres with lakes, gazebo, broad walk, BBQ, rainforest, cattle farm, valley, and mountain. It is located approximately 50m away from the main home. Any broken or damaged item during the stay shall be replaced or paid for by the guest prior to check out. Guests have access to any and all parts of the property (excluding the homestead) but including Rain forest, Mountain walks, Boardwalk, Gazebo, open fireplace, BBQ over the lake.etc. any paddocks (but gates MUST be closed each time they are opened because cattle are likely;y to be there. We live at the property and can be available to assist the guests where needed. There is a rock quarry adjacent the property. The operation is very limited and controlled via a quarry operating licence. Example: The maximum allowable noise generated by the quarry is 5 DB above the tranquil and quite (very low noise) level. as measured at the boundary. The usage is low to very low and are not allowed to operate after 5pm. No work at all during Sundays or puplic holidays. So far not one guest has even mentioned anything about the operation which is even difficult to see. The property is not located on a public transport road. So usage of your private car is essential. There are many walking paths on the property its self and relative close locations such as Coloured Sands, Frazer Island, Tin Can Bay etc. The internet is reasonable fast, approx 25 Mbps.
