We have lived in the area for 15 years. There are lots of farms around, the nearest village is Moulton, it has a lovely renovated windmill with a good cafe. The village has a post office, butchers, pub for food with a beer garden, convenience shop, fish and chip shop. There is a Tesco in Holbeach, 10min drive, also several takeaways and restaurants. The other direction is Spalding, also 10-12min this is larger with lots of food shops, cinema, bowling, pubs. Taxi is around £12. Springfields outlet centre and gardens is 5-7min away. Baytree renown garden centre is 5min drive. The property is close to the A17 leading to Kings Lynn and Norfolk and also A16 heading to Boston and Skegness. The nearest station is Spalding with links to Peterborough and Lincoln. There is parking in front of the property, please park by the door not blocking the garage.
