The Garden Rooms, beautiful self catering cottage

The Garden Rooms sit in the grounds of Downside House and holds a 4*Gold Visit England Award. Located within easy reach of Bath, Bristol and Wells. There are two bedrooms with Kingsize (or the option of twin beds in one of the rooms). TV in the sitting area and master bedroom, Wifi, Bluetooth music speaker. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher & washing machine. Everything you would expect to find at home! Off road parking and private garden. Travel cot on request. No pets allowed! The Garden Rooms offer ample space both indoors and out. There is private parking behind electric gates. It has been recently renovated to a high standard achieving a 4*Gold Visit England Award. Solid oak flooring throughout, and marble tiles in the bathroom. Crisp white bedding and white soft towels provided. Outside is a private garden with plenty of seating and BBQ. If you are looking for a luxurious home from home stay, The Garden Rooms are the ideal setting for couples, business travellers and also families! Guests have dedicated parking within the grounds and are provided with an entry fob and key for the property, own private access to the Garden Rooms. One level building and low step shower tray. I do live on site and I am available should you need me. Lovely vibrant village setting within the Mendips. Boasting two eateries and a well stocked Co-op offering essential grocery shopping. Some enjoyable local walks and excellent road links to Wells, Bath and Bristol. Easy access bus stops with a regular service to either Bath or Wells.
