The apartment is located in the town of Erfenbach and is under a 9 mile (15 min) commute to Ramstein AB; 6 miles to Kapaun / Vogelweh; 4 miles to Rhine Ordinance Barracks; and 15 miles to Sembach. The property allows access to a large field giving way to plenty of hiking / jogging paths and biking trails. The apartment has a separate entrance and is fully furnished. Located on a quiet street with a culdesac. Big living room with TV, DVD-Player, sleeper couch, and electric blinds. Kitchen has a dining area and everything you need for cooking, including a microwave. Bathroom with shower, hairdryer and fresh towels. Bedroom has a comfortable full size bed, including sheets, comforter, pillows, and window blinds. Extra storage room / pantry for your clothes, luggage, food storage, and other items - only for long term stay if needed. A single mattress (including sheets and pillows) and 110V transformer is available too. There is guaranteed on-street private parking right in front of the apartment. Within walking distance (the apartment is located on a little hill) is a local bakery, butcher shop, hair saloon, restaurants, and bus stops. The train station is located just 5 min by car and 20 min by walking away in the next town Otterbach, parking is available for free. Other stores / shops, gas stations, supermarkets, bakeries, and several good restaurants are also located just 5 min away in the town Otterbach. The apartment is private and has a separate entrance. Location: Access to the field: if you leave the apartment and turn right, the next right will lead you to the path for the field. Access to the forest: If you leave the apartment turn right , then take the 1st left, continue down the street to the next left and you will see a path to the forest. Within walking distance (the apartment is located on a little hill) is a local bakery, butcher shop, hair saloon, restaurants, and several bus stops. Bus stops are located approx. 300 m away. Follow Kirchbergstraße road down to the right, into the Jahnstrasse. The stops are located on both sides of the road. Timetables are in the folder. Other stores / shops, gas stations, supermarkets, bakeries, and several good restaurants, a train station is located in the neighboring town of Otterbach, from here you can get to the Lautertal or to Kaiserslautern. In the neighboring town of Siegelbach is a large zoo with free parking, and beautiful duck ponds and playgrounds. Free parking in front of the house along the street. Bus stops 300 m away.
