Private, self contained, secluded & quiet area includes 2 bedrooms with a queen bed, TV 48in, lounge coverts to queen sofa bed with inner spring mattress (very comfortable) all air conditioned. Bathroom, separate toilet, kitchenette (fully equip) laundry & outdoor living space. Located downstairs from the main house. Free WIFI & Netflix. Alfresco BBQ. Treadmill on request, shops, cafes, pubs & restaurants close. It is a 2 storey modern 6 yr old house located in Leighton Laneway. The main entry to the downstairs apartment is from Leighton Laneway also from Wilding St. Instructions for access etc will be emailed once booking confirmed. There is 1 parking space is available. Extra parking on Wilding St. You have private access from Leighton Lane and access from Wilding Street. You are welcome to park your car in the parking space provided in the rear lane way of the property. There is also street parking on Wilding St. It is a 1 minute walk to transportation by bus 421. Bus to the beach is 5 minutes and bus to Stirling train station 10 minutes. We are a middle aged couple with a 27year old daughter and 23 year old son. We have travelled quite a lot and love meeting people from all over the world. Toni works in sales and Don is a builder. We also have a dog named Bruiser (fenced off). We can lend you beach accessories eg: beach towels, esky, boggy boards, chairs and umbrella & treadmill on request to help make your stay more enjoyable.
