You'll have the entire home to yourself in a quiet complex with a pool and tennis court. A bonus is the great views to the city as you sit out on the balcony and relax. Perfect for visiting family, a work trip or a holiday as we are close to the airport, city, shopping centres and cafes. Short term stays of 4-6 weeks are welcome and the daily rates can be negotiated. The unit has a drive in garage (one car), visitor parking bays inside the complex and free street parking on Lapraik street. Our two level furnished townhouse provides you with every thing you need including linen, towels, a fully equipped kitchen, two TV's and internet access. The top level of the unit has the kitchen, dinning room and living room with a smart TV (Netflix) and a balcony with city views. The downstairs area has another smart TV in the living area, laundry, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The garage space for one vehicle is part of the unit and is conveniently accessible through a side door into the unit. You will have private use of the entire townhouse. You will be able to access the complex pool, tennis court and BBQ area. Please ensure you follow the access times and rules of the pool and tennis court. I will meet you on arrival and give you your keys. I will provide you with a manual with information about the local area, restaurants, cafes, convenient stores, wifi password etc. I live close by so can assist with any enquiries during your stay. On the border of Ascot / Albion suburbs, you are at the city's doorstep. Only 6 kms to the city, 10 minute drive to the airport. There are many great cafes / restaurants in the area with Fox Street hosting three coffee shops and only 2 minute walk from the townhouse. Within walking distance there are Italian, Turkish, Mexican, Thai & Indian restaurants along with a Sushi Train, modern restaurants such as Artie & Mai and My Mistress Cafe along with the famous Brewbakers bakery for fresh bread and sweet treats. There are a couple of small convenience stores within walking distance. Public transport from both sides of Lapraik st (Sandgate Rd and Cosby road) while Albion train station is a 8 mins walk. The townhouse is part of a complex so guest need to be aware of the body corporate rules and be respectful of other tenants in the area. It is a non smoking complex and unit and non compliance will mean you are asked to leave the premises. No parties in the unit as there are other tenants in the complex.
