Spacious studio annex in the centre of Wells

Large, warm and comfortable ground floor room with kitchen/lounge area, en-suite shower and separate wc. 5 mins walk from the beautiful medieval city centre. Shared parking on driveway. Own entrance. Wells is the smallest city in England and has much to offer in its own right. It is close to Bristol, Bath and Glastonbury, as well as the Mendip Hills and Somerset Levels for those who wish to explore further afield. Welcome to our studio annex which has its own entrance from our driveway where you may park for free. The room has a modern, well-equipped kitchen area with cooker, hob, microwave, toaster, fridge/freezer, kettle, cutlery/ crockery etc. There is a drop leaf table which can be used for dining or as a workspace. There is a separate en-suite WC and shower. Anti-bacterial handwash and multi-surface wipes available on site. The spacious bedroom area features a king size bed , wardrobe and 2 chests of drawers as well as a TV. WiFi is free - login details are found in the welcome pack. There is a sofa bed in the living area which could be used for an extra guest, subject to negotiation. We regret we cannot accept pets in our accommodation Check - in with host, or via key safe. The annexe is a self-contained space - if you would prefer to use the key safe (sanitised), rather than meet us on arrival, this is possible We are in a cul-de-sac in the heart of the city with the major sites within a 10 minute walk. Close to Waitrose (2 minutes walk) for those self-catering, and Tesco /Lidl are 5 minutes walk away. In the current climate, we offer a space that does not require you to come into contact with the hosts, although of course we will be available, should you require.
