Ideal location; in the heart of the city but yet in a calm and classy neighborhood. The place is nicely decorated and well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The Nespresso machine is here for you so make yourself a good coffee and enjoy your day to the fullest. Read your favorite book, watch your best Netflix series or simply relax & reflect on future plans! This studio is ideal for 2 people. It has a comfy queen size bed, a large three-seater Soderhamn sofa and a blackout blind for you to enjoy a deep sleep. Also, there is a see-through wardrobe with hangers, a hair dryer, an iron, 2 chairs and a traditional Pouffe. The kitchenette includes a mini fridge, microwave, coffee machine, electric kettle and most of the kitchen utensils that one can need. there will also be some sugar, green tea, coffee, olive oil and some spices for light cooking. the bathroom is equipped with a hot water tab and a good shower. You'll be provided with home slippers, bath towels, soap, shampoo and shower gel. A variety of restaurants, coffee shops, fruit & vegetable markets, beauty and hair salons. .. all within 2 to 5 minutes walking distance. a local mini-supermarket is also downstairs in the same building. For local attractions, there is the Lac of "Oued Sebou" - only 5 minutes walk - over there you can take a ride on the traditional wooden boats and try some of the Moroccan street food or just walk by the river and enjoy the breeze. - As per the regulation only married couples are accepted. - Smoking & drinking alcohol are strictly not allowed inside the premises
