7 Min. walking distance from North gate of KNU. Remodeled Old House located in Residence area. It has 1 double rooms and cozy living room area. This flat has 1 Double room with 1 queen bed for 2 pax. Private kitchen has stove, microwave, rice maker and utensils for cooking. Living room, we have big TV and you can also find board games you can play with your friends. Bath room equipped shampoo, conditioner, body-wash and cleansing-foam. Also, we have drier and hair straightener and or course personal towels. You can simply use all the indoor space you can check on pictures. **Instruction for the Yard** 1. The Yard is common use space for all the guest who stay in this building and also the host. 2. Outdoor activities all restricted after 9pm including having meals and drinking 3. Even if it's a day time you can't do group activity with more than 10 people or activity which can occur a loud noise disturbing our neighbors. 4. It is sincerely prohibited that can be disrespectful to our neighbors such as shouting, swearing in loud, spitting and throw a cigarette on the street. English Speaking Host can help you while your stay. *Available before noon& after 7pm* 7-10 minutes walking distance from Kyungbuk University north gate. It takes 10-20 minutes to majority of Daegu's attractions by car. From Daegu international Airport, Dong-daegu Bus station and train station, it takes 10-15 minutes by taxi and will cost about 5000 won. Bus stop, reachable to all the stations, down town, exco and seomun night market, is located in just 3 minutes walking distance. This house located peaceful residence area and we have 24-hour mini grocery market in front plus they have atm machine. We don't have private parking lot but if you asked a day before you arrive we may get you a space for your vehicle, maximum of 1, so please let me know. (If you want a private parking or parking space for more than one car, we can let you know the address of the public parking lot located in 5 minutes waking distance. It will cost 6000 won per day)
