The neighbourhood is beautiful and close to many recreation places including Featherdale wild life park, Wet & Wild, Nurragingy park, Bungarribee park, Sydney Motor Sports Park, Blacktown workers club to name a few. - 5 minutes walk to shops (pharmacy, Chicken Restaurant, mixed business, medical center) and 7 eleven. 2 minutes walk to bus stop that can take you to Blacktown train station, blacktown city center. BlacktownTrain station is around 2 kms away & Blacktown shopping center (Westpoint) Following services available, Within 2Kms walking distance, Super Market- Woolworths, Grocery shop, Medical Center, Restaurants (Indian, Lebanese, Thai, Japanese, Subway), Coffee Shop, Hair and Nail Salon. -No party allowed in the studio. -Strictly no more than 4 people at any given time. -No noise after 10:00 PM. -In case of leaving the place untidy, additional cleaning fee will be charged of up to 60 AUD. - Empty the rubbish bin and wash the dishes before you leave. - No Drugs or Alcohol allowed on premises.
