Carnegie - Garage Converted Room

A great place to stay for a group of 2!! My garage has been converted into a room with lots of space. The room includes a double bed, a wardrobe, a sofa, and a study table. My place is a 10 minute walk from Glen Huntly station; approximately 20 minutes train ride to the city. The tram stop; route 67 is out of the front of my place. Carnegie Main Street (Koornang Road) is a 10 minute walk away. There are a variety of cheap Asian restaurants along the main street. FREE WiFi and kitchen appliances for simple cooking. The room comes with a 65" SMART TV with a Chromecast device. Netflix is also available with an account already logged in. My place is ideal for couples or the solo traveller. We also have a border collie 'Bailey' and a Labrador 'Lucy'. Guest(s) will have to pass through a small open courtyard (where the clothesline is located) to the room. There are one bathroom and an additional toilet in the house; shared between guests and us (as such the bathtub is not to be used during your stay). Make yourself a home however please respect the rules and clean up after yourselves. Please note that if you are not allowed to bring guest(s) over without first informing me. I am usually home so I am happy to have a chat and hear about your adventures. My place is a 10 minute walk from Glen Huntly station; approximately 20 minutes to the city.
