Newly built house in a lush nipa hut riverside setting. The house has a very comfortable with a river view and very close to Pagsanjan Falls. Inspired by the Philippines Bahay Kubo with a little bit of modern touch. The Filipino term Bahay Kubo literally means "cube house", describing the common shape of the dwelling. The term "Nipa Hut", introduced during the Philippines' American colonial era, refers to the nipa or anahaw thatching material often used for the roofs. The house has a very comfortable top of the line queen mattress and queen pillows, a spacious private shower and toilet, a refrigerator + freezer, electronic kettle/coffee/tea cups/drinking glasses. It also has a Smart TV, stove, cooking utensils, electric fans and other important things needed in a guest house. We use a fresh mattress and pillow protector for every booking. Check out the photos to get a better idea. WIFI and Videoke is also available. Wifi is free and if ever you want a videoke, just inform us and we will provide it for you (with rental fee). The best thing here is the balcony / terrace with the river view and this is very near Pagsanjan Falls. Pagsanjan Falls is probably the most famous natural attraction in Laguna. However, it is actually located in Cavinti, an adjacent town to Pagsanjan, and the falls' indigenous name is Magdapio Falls. Pagsanjan, Laguna is the jump-off point to Pagsanjan Falls. You may rent a banca or small boat to take you to the falls or "shoot the rapids." The standard rate is about PhP (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) pesos per person which includes the round-trip boat ride, entrance fees, and use of life vests.
