Beautiful 3 bed house in the heart of the Lakes
Set in the quieter western heart of the beautiful Lake District makes our house an ideal base for exploring and sightseeing. There is a large dining table that seats 6 people and a spacious living room area. The house has its own parking bay which is situated in a private walled courtyard. The 3 spacious bedrooms have a simple theme and comfortable beds with Emma mattresses. Towels, flannels and hand soap are provided for guests in the bathroom. Cakes, coffee, tea and sugar sachets and fresh milk in the fridge will meet guests on arrival. Also ice cubes in the freezer. We can provide afternoon tea (selection of sandwiches, cakes and prosecco) for our guests if requested and booked in advance of your stay. This will be made off site and delivered to the house at a time of your choice observing Covid 19 rules. Please ask when booking for our prices. You have sole use of the whole house during your stay. There is a communal seating area behind the houses opposite, within the courtyard. Also a grassed area with floral border for picnics or just simply relaxing under the shade of the mature trees with a book and glass of something cold. The house has its own area to the rear of the house which will soon become a dining and social space with cosy lighting for those warm summer evenings. Please feel free to have your own bbq in this area whilst you are staying at our house, treat it as your home 💜 By phone text or call A small market town with all essential amenities within walking distance of the house. Set in a private courtyard off the main street of Egremont. quiet and peaceful area with very little antisocial activity. Friendly locals who are always happy to help and green areas within 5 minutes walking (Dent Fell) and water which is the River Ehen that flows along the south side of the town. picturesque castle remains and also home to what was the last working Iron Ore mine in the country. ( Now an Art Centre) This quiet West Cumbrian town is the perfect base to explore and see all the beauty of the Lake District ❤ Definitely try and visit our Hartleys ice cream shop in Egremont whilst you are visiting! There is a huge choice of flavours such as Turkish Delight Salted Caramel Mars bar, Strawberry cheesecake and many more made from a secret recipe. They also have dairy free sorbets! Nearby beach village St Bees also has a shop on the beach front selling the same! We promise you won't regret it! Fresh milk, ice cubes, coffee, tea and sugar sachets and cakes on arrival salt pepper, spray oil and olive oil provided. Hand towels, flannels and bath towels provided. Washing detergent, kitchen roll, scourers, cloths and tea towels plus various cleaning products in the kitchen. Cigarette disposal wall unit outside.
