Room in Tropical Garden

Perfect location close to the beach and Browns Bay village. Modern private room with a living/TV/Bathroom/toilet and a big private deck area just outside your door. So quite private down that end of the house, sharing with another nice guy who is not much there. The other end of the house is sharing Kitchen, Dining, Lounge with a fireplace, table tennis, extra toilet and many outdoor spaces with a swimming pool in a tropical garden as well a bbq area that you are welcome to use at any time. The house is very open and inviting. Heaps of space and easy to find privacy in the share areas as well in your room of cause. The garden and pool area give you a feeling of being in a mini resort in a tropical garden. You are welcome to use the entire space in the house as mentioned above. The house is big and plenty of space for privacy as well we are very welcoming you to be a part of our social life in the shared areas if you wish. Car park outside the house or on the street. I'm going overseas a lot and also having a second home in NZ, so I don't need to leave my private en-suite upstairs empty. Means this room will also be available (An en-suite with a queen bed, single bed, small lounge, fridge/freezer, coffee machine, TV, Netflix, private bathroom and separate toilet and two private balconies with ocean view and pool view) You will need to write to me first thing and not instant booking if you are interested in the en-suite. So I got two rooms in the house available to accommodate 5 people in total. Have in mind you still sharing the house with the two other guys. My two (Hidden by Airbnb) are more then willing to make you feel home and looking after you if I'm not there. There are both hardly never home, but you can always get in contact with us if you need any help or information under your stay. We are next to nice beaches, good for a swim and relaxing. Browns Bay Village is just down the track 5 minute walking distance and got all the shops, supermarkets, bars, cafes you need. Also Sunday Markets every Sunday, so very lively. If you interested in bush walks, vineyards, golfing, tennis, surfing, other markets for arts and food, then its all close buy on North Shore where you live. Auckland City is also just 15 to 30 min away in car/bus. You are already close walking distance to everything you need including bus stops. A bus to Auckland City take about 30 min and with a car 15 min if no traffic. 5 min walk down to Browns Bay village where you find anything you need. Albany Mall and Stadium is 10 minutes drive away. 2 beaches just outside your door (2 and 5 min walk) Heaps of Golf courses, bushwalking, Vineyards on North Shore, just close by. If you like to stay for a longer period of time, we may be able to give you a better deal, but all to be discussed further.
