AVLI, Traditional House in Litsarda, Building B

Experience the «real» Crete in Apokoronas region! Avli, located in Litsarda, is a traditional house with a wonderful courtyard, ideal for guests who want to experience life in a typical Cretan village, along with holidays near wild landscapes and beautiful beaches. Build in early 19th century in Litsarda village, the house of our ancestors, is there to give a warm welcome to its visitors. “Avli” is a 3-bedroom stone house. It can ideally accommodate up to 6 guests and is part of a complex with two traditional houses, which share a blooming courtyard. The first bedroom is on the ground floor and has a comfortable double bed and also a wc with shower. The second room is on the ground floor, it has one double bed and view in a little garden. Right above it, on the loft, is the third room that has one single bed and a couch. Our uniquely made kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and a kettle. It also has a lovely open plan living area with two sofas, a dining table and a T.V. Baby cot is also available. Litsarda is a small, traditional village, only 8-10 km away from key destinations and wonderful beaches like Kalyves, Almyrida, Georgioupolis, and Ombrosgyalos and 30 km east of the beautiful city of Chania. In the village only a few meters from our house you can find a supermarket, a pizza restaurant and a tavern. In Vamos, the nearest village, only 2 km away, one can find restaurants, cafe, mini markets and bakeries. There is also Medical Center, a bank, a post office, and petrol stations.
