Sam's House, The Premium Class

Welcome to Sam's House, the healing center! This house was constructed in September 2020. This pretty house is located in Chuncheon city which is surrounded by beautiful lakes. It takes only about 15 to 20 minutes away from the center of the city by car. The host, Sam who is a fluent English speaker will be helpful while you're staying. Sam can pick you up from the Chuncheon Railway Station for free. It is connected to the host through an indoor inter-phone, so you can communicate non-face-to-face at any time. There is a brick wall in between the host and guest buildings to ensure maximum privacy. A tall pine tree will greet you in a well-organized garden. When it gets dark, beautiful lights will create an atmosphere everywhere. The view overlooking the city at sunset is fantastic. There are many pretty cafes nearby, and you can find good restaurants within 10 minutes by car. During your stay, you can use the entire house including an attic, decks, a garden at backyard, parking space. The personal phone number or email address after confirming your reservation will be informed. We have an inter-com between host and guest houses during your stay. There are good restaurants (Korean, Italian, Chinese), famous bakeries. Starbucks (R), and nice cafes nearby. It's all 5 to 10 minutes away from the Sam's House. The host, Sam can pick you up from the Chuncheon Railway Station for free. Above all, Sam is a fluent English speaker who stayed in America more than 10 years. 1. Indoor smoking is absolutely prohibited. 2. No noise from outdoors after 10 P.M. 3. Please refrain from using the BBQ and the Firewood after 10 p.m. 4. Cooking that uses frying oil in the kitchen is not advised. 5. Required masks when checking in. 6. Anyone who has a fever over 37.5 is not allowed. 7. Be careful with Karaoke after 10 P.M. 8. Guests will be responsible for any property damage. 9. Pet animals are not allowed.
