Stunning view apartment

We are pleased to host you in our newly renovated apartment. Located at the ground floor of our house, it has an independent entrance and a private terrasse to enjoy the view. Hikes in the Chartreuse are accessible directly from the house. In summer time, the lakes of Bourget, Laffrey, and Monteynard are at 40 min drive. In winter, the skiing resorts of Le Sappey, Chamrousse and Les 7 Laux are at 20 to 45 min drive. You may also just enjoy the relaxed atmosphere of our quiet neighbourhood! The apartment consists of a kitchen/living-room with a double sofa-bed, a bedroom with double bed, and a private bathroom. The living room opens on a terrace which you will have exclusive access to. The apartment is ideally suited for 2 persons, but some of our hosts found it comfortable enough for a few nights at 4 people. A babby cot is available on demand (please let us know if needed). Please note that we provide quilts and pillows but not sheets nor towels. We don't provide bedsheets or towels. On the kitchen side, we provide salt, pepper and oil, but nothing more. You may brought your own grounded coffee and use our two coffee machines (Italian Bialetti type + French press). Our own washing machine can be used on demand. Please let us know about any additional need when booking your stay. Independent access via the terrace that will be reserved for you only. We live in the house just above the apartment and we are working at home most of the week, with a schedule that makes us relatively available. Please do not hesitate to ask us anything in case of need. We will also be glad to chat with you in the backyard on our free time! We are located in a quiet neighbourhood in the heights of the village, where you'll hear more cows and birds than cars. As a drawback of peacefulness, it can be difficult to access the house without a car: the closest bus stop is a 20 min walk in very steep streets. You may park just in front of the house. As specified in the ad, we do not accept pets in the apartment (not even our own). No need to ask: we do not make any exception, sorry. Hablamos un poquito espanol.
