Relaxation on the Beach with Natural hot springs

Welcome to our slice of coastal kiwi living. The house is located in a lovely small village of Waiwera with its beautiful beach and ideal location. Relax in the private garden with the native trees. There is also a cedar tub conneced to natural hot spring located under a beautiful Pohutukawa. It is only 200 metres to the Waiwera beach and estuary and 5 minutes to Orewa and the cafes and bars. About 2 minutes walk from the house is also a cafe/bar and small diary which makes great ice creams!!! The house contains three bedrooms each with queen beds and all linen and towels are if good quality from Sheridan. A modern bathroom and kitchen which is open plan with the spacious lounge. There is a deck off the front and back of the house to ensure ample space to enjoy all day sun. The kitchen overlooks the back garden and deck making it ideal for having BBQs on the charcoal BBQ in the garden. There is outside hot tub which you can enjoy natural hot springs. The lounge contains an android TV which is connected to the free Wifi. There are also board games in the laundry to pass the time in the evenings or rainy days. For your convenience, the kitchen has everything you should require. There is also a laundry downstairs that can be used whenever required. The house overlooks Waiwera pools and receives all day sun. All furnishings are modern and new making it a very comfortable place to relax. There is a 1 bedroom unit sleeping 4 people available downstairs if required. This is a great location to relax, being only 200 metres to the beach and 30 minutes from Auckland CBD. Waiwera is a great little community with a dairy for your basic needs and ice creams!!! only a short walk away and bar and cafe also just down the road. Wenderholm Regional Park and its beautiful beaches are only a few minutes drive away as are the bars and cafes in Orewa. There is a bus direct from Auckland to Waiwera being only 1-hour drive. The house is 5 minutes walk from the bus stop around the beautiful estuary.
