Welcome to Westcliff lodge in Ramsgate, situated just a short 5 minute stroll to the cliff top promenade, 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to the town centre. It has a private decking area with seating to enjoy the peaceful garden with outside lighting so you can remain there even when the sun goes down. Close to the train station, bus routes, town centre and all amenities you'll enjoy a cosy, relaxing break here on the beautiful Kent coast. Westcliff Lodge is located at the end of our garden, over 100ft away from the main house. During your stay, you will have undisturbed use of the garden and seating area in a private and peaceful setting. Facilities in the lodge include double bed, wardrobe, TV/DVD with Freeview, high-speed wireless fibre internet, stereo, leather reclining sofa, table and chairs, tea and coffee making facilities, toilet, shower and use of BBQ. The kitchen is equipped with the following appliances:- Refrigerator Freezer Kettle Toaster Microwave N.B.: there is no hob or oven A small selection of continental breakfast items are supplied including cereal, croissants, jams and spread. Please note: there are 6 steps to access the upper garden. There is adequate evening lighting if needed which can be operated from the lodge or key fob. Access to the lodge is via a secured gate at the side of the main house which leads directly into the rear garden. During your stay you will have full use of the decking area and large garden. Adequate parking is located directly in front of the property. We like to leave you to enjoy your stay with us in peace and privacy but are always happy to help with any queries or requirements you may have. Our property is conveniently located within a 5 minute walk to a couple of nice parks and the clifftop promenade which leads down to the royal harbour taking in the fantastic sea views. There are two superb pub/restaurants very close by, one of which has been listed as having one of the best pub gardens in the UK. There are 2 bus stops less than 2 minutes walk away that cover all local areas. The train station is a 20 minute walk away or 4 minutes via taxi.
