South Lake House - 300m South Lake Leisure Centre

A spacious 4 Bedroom, 3 WC house, currently available. Quiet, with a private patio & garden, featuring fantastic views over parklands, lakes and woods. Only 300m from South Lakes Leisure Centre. Fully equipped Lounge and Kitchen/Diner. Ideal for family breaks. Unlimited WiFi/unlimited streaming. Sorry, but do not book if you are planning to hold a party. Ideal for one large family, two families with 2 adults & 2 children each or a group of friends/Golfers/Twitchers or Anglers. A cot and safety gates are available for families with a single small child. Unfortunately, due to two bad experiences in a row, I will not be taking any more bookings from people without any previous AirBnb reviews. (I am prepared make exceptions for families with children and people over 30 years of age) Space for two cars on the drive. I live very close nearby. Always happy to help. The Park is just outside the front door, with its fabulous wildlife. Rushmere Shopping Mall is a short walk or drive away. Within a 1 mile radius of the house are Tesco, Sainsbury and Lidl. The Craigavon Omniplex Cinema, with neighbouring Restaurants is even nearer. For pubs, clubs, restaurants and shopping, Portadown is a short drive away. 3 Golf Courses are within easy driving distance and the newly opened South Lake Leisure Centre is a short walk away. A fabulously scenic 3 mile walk or cycle around the lakes is on the doorstep. Taxis are readily on call and the Bus Station is just outside the estate in Rushmere. Trains to Belfast or Dublin can be boarded at Portadown, just 2 miles away. Check in/out: Please adhere to the timings set - this allows the smooth change of bedding and towels for the next guests. Do call me if this is problematic and I'll do what I can to accommodate you. Late Exit/Early Arrival: Up to an hour either way can possibly be accommodated dependant on the circumstances. Anything more will have to be paid for. Message me for details. Refuse: The local authority obliges residents to separate their waste. Organics including food waste go into the brown bin (in kitchen and outside) recyclables into green bin outside (but not in bags) and finally general waste to be bagged and placed in blue bin outside. You will lose stars on your guest rating if you ignore these procedures.
