Country house near Bordeaux

Individual country house with lawn, in a peaceful and quiet place, equidistant (25km) from Blaye, Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion. In front of the house, you will find a nice lawn with trees, a barbecue, garden furniture and further a meadow. Inside the house, the air remains cool in summer. You will have an American kitchen with a dining and living room (equipped with a fireplace). Moreover, you will have a utility room with a washing machine, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub and two bedrooms (one is the outcome of the restoration of the former press and is equipped with a walk-in shower and a washbasin). You will also find all the standard comfort: television, DVD player, CD player and radio (No Internet access). In the kitchen: a dishwasher, a freezer, a microwave and a classic oven. Besides the famous cities already mentioned earlier, you have various alternatives if you want to go for a walk (20 km around): Grotte de Pair-non-Pair at Prignac-et-Marcamp , the villa gallo-romaine of Plassac and its archeological site, troglodytes houses of la Roque de thau, Terres d’oiseaux (bird sanctuary) at Saint Ciers-sur-Gironde and in the end, you can go to see the grave of the Commandant Cousteau at Saint-André-de-Cubzac.
