Located in a safe and convenient neighbourhood less than 100 m to Kardinya Shopping Centre and 2 km from Murdoch University, this brand new self-contained house comes with a well-equipped kitchen, washer & dryer, and other creature comforts. Within 4 km radius are Fiona Stanley hospital, SJOG hospital, Adventure World, The Simulation Centre, Bibra Lake Reserve and many more! Also, it takes about 11 mins to Fremantle and 18 mins to the Perth CBD. Guests have full use of the entire house. For big groups, you can also rent Davies B which is located right next to our location! This house is great for families, students, or professionals and those looking to be close to Murdoch University and the hospitals in the area. It has everything you need for a long term stay to settle in and feel at home. Close to the Freeway it is a great launching point for visitors to Perth. You won’t miss anything from home as you find all the amenities you need in our house. We are child friendly and equipped with baby cot, baby chair, play mat and baby bath tub! The kitchen is also equipped with rice cooker, coffee machine, cooking pot, wine glasses and many more for the family chef to cook a feast for the family. If you don’t feel up to cooking, do it the Aussie style by enjoying a BBQ at the Al-fresco area using our outdoor BBQ equipment. You'll truly find our vacation rental a home away from home. It is 100 m to Kardinya Shopping Centre which has a supermarket, liquor stores, banks & other retailers. There are plenty of cafes, eateries just next to the shopping centre, from fining dining to casual & fast food, Aussie tavern / pub to Asian vegetarian cuisine. There is a park nearby with children's playground -Jack O'keefe Reserve 220 m away. Apart from the nearby train and bus stations, the bus stops on South Street are just 2 mins walk away. We have two garage space that you can park your cars. Access to the garage is done manually through the switch located in the garage. Murdoch train and bus station are just 1.3 km walking distance. It is close to St John of God Hospital, Fiona Stanley Hospital and Murdoch University. Travelling into Perth City only takes 15 mins by train from Murdoch Station or 18 mins by car. Travelling to popular tourist destination Fremantle & Notre Dame University only takes 11 minutes by car or 20-30 minutes by bus.
