Mini Panoramic Flat Near the Center

Mini flat is very close to the center of Perugia! It consists of entrance, sitting room, a small kitchen area, one bedroom with a queen-size bed, one bathroom and a mini terrace with a view of Perugia and Assisi, ideal to spend moments of relax with an italian glass of wine, both near to the heart of the city and immersed into the gorgeous hills of Umbria. The flat is indipendently heated and equipped with a double studio couch for two additional people, Lcd TV, washing machine, oven, hair-drier and all the stuff you need to cook delicious italian food like pots and dishes as well as basic ingredients like oil, salt and pepper. Bed and bath linen is included. Just to start in the best way, yuo will find at your arrival a bottle of fresh and sparkling wine to taste it romantically on the terrace at the sunset! With ten minutes of walk through ancient lanes, you will reach the center of Perugia, "IV Novembre" square and "Corso Vannucci", the main street of the city center. In five minutes it is possible to arrive at "Grimana" square where it is located the University for interantional students or at "Pincetto", the last station of mini-metro, very useful to see the city from a real different point of view!
