KW Cottage

We have a lovely cottage on private walking trails in peaceful bushland that is still just 20 minutes from the CBD. There are beautiful views and wildlife, while convenient shopping is 5 minutes away in Stirling. Private parking and amenities round out this ideal spot not only for the executive working in Adelaide and holiday travelers, but also ideal for cyclists and walkers. The top entrance to Belair National Park is about 300m from your door, and Adelaide Hills boutique wineries beckon. This is a one bedroom cottage that sleeps 2 in a queen size bed. There is a dining room, living room, bathroom, kitchen and fenced backyard with outdoor table. The kitchen is fully equipped for all culinary needs. Additional bed and bedding can be provided in the lounge room (using a deep queen size inflatable mattress) if required. Please inquire for costs for this additional service. Finally, there is a shared use outdoor laundry with washer and dryer. Guests can access the entire cottage and private walking trails on the 22 acre property. Owners are on site at the main house and available by phone. We will be happy to help, but will assume you would like your privacy. We are a 5 minute drive from the spectacular Adelaide Hills hub of Stirling for shopping and restaurants. 3 minutes from South Australia's voted best pub: The Crafers Hotel, and directly across the street from the wonderful Belair National Park. We have private bush walking trails and lovely views. In addition, 3 minutes has you on the motorway to the city, where you can be downtown in 15 minutes. Though there are public transport stops nearby, KW is best reached and experienced with a car. Entrance to the freeways is within 3 minute drive. Cycling is very popular from our location throughout the Hills. Our land is maintained organically, with minimal spraying and composting bins throughout. We care for our land and our wildlife as through it is a part of our family. We encourage guests to recycle, reuse and compost all organics in the green compost bags provided. As this is an organic property in dense bushland, guests should expect a more rustic and natural experience.
