Ideal to start your journey in Sri Lanka, as a place near the beach to relax or to spend the last few days not too far from the airport. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of our newly renovated home.It has an external stairway for 24/7 access, AC bedrooms ,kitchenette and a large balcony. Further amenities includes a Wardrobe, iron,TV, Refrigerator, Microwave,Kettle etc. Its ideally located 3 minutes away from the Mount Lavinia Beach and is in close proximity to an array of restaurants. The space is completely done up in luxury wood flooring and with access from both bedrooms to a large balcony overlooking the backyard of the house which can be used for quite reading or relaxation. The unit is on the 2nd floor of the house and has direct access through a private gate and stair way accessible 24/7. Ill be a phone call or message away. My parents and brother live on the ground floor and any help and assistance is just a knock away!!! the property is based in Beach Road, Mount Lavinia, which is a popular seaside suburb known for its beaches on the west coast of Sri Lanka. The Beach Road is the most popular access to the beach and the property is just 175M away from the beach which is a 5 minute walk. The local bus stop on the main Galle road is 5 minute walk away where you can get local bus transport and also the train station is about 5 mins away on car. Local taxis are abundant and the beach road has its own Tuk Tuk stand on the top of the road. However we would advise to use Uber or PickMe(the local version of Uber) where you could call in a taxi car or tuk tuk on a call or on the app. Sri Lanka has power outages although rare at times and something to keep a note of. Home stays such as ours do not have backup power generators and on a possible power outage you would have to bare with it until power is restored.
