One double bedroom with private bathroom available in my two bedroom fully furnished apartment . A beautiful tranquil lakeside location, walking tracks & small piazza . Just 1.5hrs from Brisbane by train to Nerang station just 7 mins away by car. Pool BBQ area & gym available no extra cost. surf beaches of Broadbeach & Surfers Paradise & many others are just 15mins drive away. full use of the kitchen, lounge, balcony dining & laundry areas. No smoking please. Respect & ENJOY The tranquility of the lake nearby & a European atmosphere & design with a little Piazza, Coffee shops & Lakefront Restaurants close by . Access to large extra long pool with BBQ AREA & indoor entertainment area with gym. I also live in the apartment but travel often & am away from the apartment for short & longer periods from time to time. Peaceful lakeside location but friendly atmosphere in the Piazza coffee shops & Thurs night Markets with live music weekly . Beautiful lakeside tracks for walking or cycling. Own car or scooter recommended but bus is available to Southport & Pacific Fair BROADBEACH & Griffith University. . Robina Centre just 15mins away & Nerang station just 7 mins away by car or taxi. Emmanuelle College nearby . Close enough to the beaches but with the tranquility of the lakes. Gold Coast theme Parks & Wildlife Sanctuary just 25 mins drive away. Hinterland walking trails also in easy reach by car.
