Our resort country living retreat offers nature and relaxing atmosphere in modern guesthouse and well maintain garden, beautiful spa and swimming pool. Located just half an hour from Sydney CBD and close to Northern Beaches, our place has great location and will give you the opportunity to get away enjoy yourself at seclude area as well as beauty of nature. Come and enjoy 36 degrees Heated Spa with only $25 fee to turn on. Private Breakfast $25 or Mon, Tue dinner $55 with 3 surprised courses . We have 2 private bedrooms in a Guest house on other side of the pool from the main house with very comfortable nice and soft Queen beds, en-suite, walk in wardrobe and private bathroom for each bedroom and a sliding door looks to the garden with beautiful curtain. Each bedroom has own locked door. The Common area has designed Sofa and modern Television which can turn around even to swimming pool and air - conditioning. It looks out to colour spa, pool and the main house on other side of the pool. Glass wide Bi - fold front door can fully open when it is beautiful day to give you feeling of open air living. If you are a couple or single you have your private bedroom with locked door, storage space walk-in wardrobe and private bathroom and of ofcourse the use of common area. Please booked for 3 people if you are 1 or 2 people but would like to have whole guest house (two bedrooms) for yourself. From 3 to 4 people you will have a whole guest house with two bedrooms located opposite each other. It is architecture designed home to give you the feeling of home away from home. One bedroom can enjoy the sun rise and other can see the sunset. Microwave, fridge, a gas cook top, cookery and cutlery are also available for simple cooking. (No oven and freezer). Extra Table and chairs are available upon request. It is also very amazing to have warm changing color spa under the beautiful sky at day or night, all year long ($25 fees and condition apply). 11 metres swimming pool is place for every one enjoy and exercise. Pets are not allowed in the property. Bush walking is idea around the place. Local 2.5 km Duffys track and Slade look out give you an idea for every one picnic day. Or just lay down, enjoying and relaxing under beautiful sun with easy listening music from outdoor speakers just outside of the house. Only short drive distance to Northern Beaches and famous Narrabeen lake. You’ll love my place because of the comfy soft bed, the views, the special quiet and sound of natural bird all year long and the great location. The place also has fridges, a small gas cooker, microwave and cutlery for simple cooking for your convenience. Please note that indoor BBQ is NOT for use. But there is an outdoor Weber Q BBQ next to the house with table and chairs for use. (Must clean properly after use) Upon request we could also provide hot breakfast with $25.00 per person or Monday, Tuesday: 3 courses dinner for $ (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) per person (Booking in advance and Cash payment only) . 10 % discount for dinning at our Authentic German/Austrian: Kaiser Stub'n Restaurant in Terrey Hills Wednesday to Sunday nights or Sunday for lunch. Laundry service is available. $35 per 5 kgs load of washing (wash, dry, fold) My place is great for couples, family, nighters for local events and business travellers or just perfect place for gate away and re-charged energy. For privacy and light blocked Electronic Blinds can be used inside Guest house. Wifi is available but might not be very strong in some area. At night time, please use torch to shine the way to get into the house. Smoking is Not allow anywhere inside the house, but you do have table and chairs outside to enjoy your smoking. Any other request, we will try our best to make your stay pleasant You can not believe the place just not so far from city and have such of quiet and privacy. There are beautiful bush walk tracks around us with Australian trees, plants and native birds. Akuna Bay, West head look out, Slade look out, Duffys track and a lot of bush walking tracks all around. In addition there are many beautiful beaches are not so far away. Narrabeen lake is just short driving distance. Drive to beaches is so convenient: you can choose from so many beautiful beaches around. Local bus stop just in the corner 5 minutes walk from house but not frequently.
