Relief in Lagos II - Victoria Island

Air-conditioned room with a beautiful lagoon view. I am usually fully booked. My place is right in the heart of Victoria Island. It's a duplex on 12th floor ( so no mosquito) with high security, 24*7 electricity( rare in Lagos, plz check). Preferred choice for expats. All restaurants, theater, palm shopping mall and Eko Hotel are in 5 mins drive . With nice green landscape, you can jog , play tennis, basket or plunge in the pool. It's a homely apartment in 1004 Estate, Victoria Island. And you will be in A1 block, the best of all the blocks in the estate. It's famous for being the 1st biggest Estate with serviced apartments built in sub Saharan Africa . It's a duplex. The lift works glitch free 24*7. On first floor , the large living room, dining, kitchen, 1 guest toilet & balcony . The bedroom is upstairs. Separate private toilet for guest. The room has best views of Lagos looking over the well known Civic Center & the lagoon behind. Feel at home here. You have free access to everywhere except my bedroom :) This estate is ideal, as a bit of sports ( jogging, swimming, tennis, basket) & walk in the park, after office is what you need to survive the craziness of the city. All within the compound safely guarded. I am always available online & offline All restaurants, theater, palm shopping mall and Eko Hotel are in 5 mins drive. But It's still shielded from the city noise. Grand Square department store is right oppesite. 3 ATMs, 1 pharmacy are within compound & 24*7 open. Also 2 restaurants open round the clock. You step out of Estate & all public transaport are available e.g Bus, tuk-tuk . Estate has it's own Taxi stand too. Uber & Taxify service is available right at door step.
