Guestsuite in beautiful Jonstorp
Welcome to cozy Jonstorp! It is about 200m to the sea and the harbor with nice walking paths and fishing and swimming from the guest suite in the house. The shop, the pizzeria with good pizzas and Tunneberga inn is about 8-900m from the house. It is 10-15 minutes by car to wonderful Kullaberg and the climbing frames "nimis" built of driftwood. The rooms has been renovated 2018. The ground floor of the house is separated in two separate parts. I rent out the guestsuite in one part. Your entrance is in the outdoor area by the pool. There are three bedrooms (approx. 3 x 3 m) on the ground floor with with comfortable beds in different firmness. There are 3 tables for suitcases etc. One of the bedrooms is separated by a curtain (see photos). NOTE! let me know if you wish to add: - Bedclothes as well as bath towels, 100sek/Person Max 6 people no more, and only children from 4 years of age. Pets are not allowed. Smoking inside is not allowed. No parties!! Candles are not allowed !! Battery-powered tealights are available. There is a kitchen counter with a fridge and freezer, microwave and a small stove with a small oven in the outdoor room. There are also plates glasses and cutlery and pans. There is no sofas only what you see in the pictures (Website hidden by Airbnb) The bathroom is only with shower that you need to hold. Bathing is not possible. It is just yours. You are welcome to use the 4 sunbeds and 4 beachchairs and the white garden furniture outside. You are also welcome to use the pool which is 4.5 x 7m open between 09.00 and 21.00 (also other time if you are quiet) after shower with soap. The pool is heated by a large solar panel as the sun shines. Ac inside the house cools a little hot summer days. There are infrared heaters but no AC in the outdoor space. It is 250m to the harbor with barbecue area and toilet, and 150m to the beach from the house. If you follow the beach about 400m south there is a barbecue area and toilets as well as a path in concrete that leads out 100m into the sea to a pier with fine sandy bottom. It is about 1 m deep and is called the reef.
