Orchards Private Retreat

Beautifully appointed self contained 1 bedroom apartment in a private location in the heart of the Park Orchards/Warrandyte region, gateway to the Yarra Valley. It is part of our family home and you will have access to our family BBQ, Gazebo and Swimming Pool. Master Bedroom including Queen Bed with full en-suite, digital television and walk in robe. Family room with full size kitchen and double sofa bed for up to 2 guests. Television and DVD player. Access to solar heated pool area with gazebo and BBQ. Complete private access to the apartment and shared access to solar heated pool area with gazebo and BBQ. Please advise hosts if/when you wish to use shared pool and bbq as on some occasions some co-ordination is required. Meet the owners and ask us about the local area and activities close by. Reside in your own private space or on weekends request a home cooked breakfast - you choose. Relax in our backyard setting, enjoy a dip in our solar heated pool. Take a stroll, or even a jog through the beautiful 100 Acres reserve on our doorstep. Walk through the 100 Acres to our local township for a deli style coffee. Observe the wildlife and native birds in our area. Echidnas, bluetongue lizards, possums, owls, kookaburras, cockatoos and even kangaroos! St Andrews market – every Saturday (20 minute drive) 8am – 2pm Farmers market @ Park Orchards Township – 3rd Saturday each month. 9am – 1pm Warrandyte Community Craft Market – 1st Saturday each month.9am – 1pm Yarra Glen Craft Market – 1st Sunday each Month Yarra Valley Farmers Market – 3rd Sunday each month 9am – 2pm Enjoy a remedial, relaxation massage. We have a qualified masseur available for appointments onsite – bookings will generally need 24 hours notice. We recommend guests have their own vehicle. There is plenty of parking available onsite. The Orchards Retreat is located approximately 30 mins east of Melbourne's CBD and about 45 mins from the airport. There is easy access to major freeways and shopping centres. We are ideally located a short 5 minute drive to the beautiful township of Warrandyte. Less than a 10 minute drive to Eastland shopping centre and Ringwood train station. Please notify us of your intended check-in time. Tea, Coffee and milk is supplied. Happy to provide light breakfast options or on weekends we invite you to join us for a hearty cooked breakfast. The retreat kitchen contains all you need to self cater and cook, as well as having the shared outside BBQ area. Our price is based on a 1 or 2 person stay using the Queen bed. If extra bedding is required for 2 people preferring a bed each there will be an extra fee of $30 to cover set up, and linen costs.
