"Ivana 2" is modern and fully equipped apartment located on the right bank of the Bojana River, just 6/7 minutes from the beach. The nearest grocery store is 150 meters away, while the fish restaurant “Boro” is only 100 meters away. Lounge bar "Clandestino" is 2 minutes walking from the house. House contains one sleeping room, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Bedrooms have queen size bed, closet and cooling fan. The kitchen is fully equipped with inventory and appliances and everything you will need to prepare meals. Bathrooms has a shower and all amenities you need (towels, bed sheets, soap, toilet paper). House is fully equipped with Wi-Fi, cable TV, LCD TV, AC). Livingroom have sofabed where can sleep 2 persons. Our house has potable water from the municipal water line!. Behind the house is a big parking for 5-6 cars and big stone BBQ. Ivana 1 (2 bedrooms apartment for 6 persons) and Ivana 3 (1 bedroom apartment for 4 persons, 2nd floor which can only rent if you rent the whole house) and Ivana 1 can be rented at the same time due to a common platform . Guests can use everything that is in the apartment. If you need anything, I am at your disposal. All houses are in the nature, surrounded by the wood and water (sometimes you will meet ants, spiders, mosquitoes but nothing to be afraid of. Water used in the house is spring; it is not from the river and can be drink, which is not the case with most houses on Ada Bojana. My house is surrounded by friendly and polite neighbors. During the summer season Ada Bojana is popular touristic destination so be aware of occasional house parties in the neighborhood and short electricity and water shortage.
