The train station, 5 minutes away by car, takes you to Paris in 40 minutes, Versailles in 20, and Chartres in 40. Designed and decorated by us, this charming little house will envelop you in a soft and peaceful light. The numerous windows give a view of the vegetation surrounding the house. A piano and an acoustic guitar have taken up residence here, where you can play the piano or strumming at your leisure. The kitchen is equipped with 2 induction hobs, a small oven, a toaster, an Italian coffee maker, a kettle and a mini fridge bar. A bathroom with shower and toilet. Wifi is available free of charge. The house is non-smoking, you can smoke outside in the courtyard. As far as sleeping arrangements are concerned, you have the possibility to make a double bed for a couple of 210/190 or to make two beds, one of 90/190 and the oth (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) . All the spaces in the small house are reserved for you. You benefit from a small fenced a flowered courtyard in front of the house and a garden table. We have cats and two nice Border Collie. Free parking in the street. The house is situated in a small village street, in a quiet area close to the forest and a beautiful pond where fishermen and hikers can enjoy the landscape. Saint Hilarion, is a village surrounded by forest, fields and close by. There is a beautiful 12th century church at the end of the street. At the edge of the forest of Rambouillet and 25 minutes from the Vallée de Chevreuse. Saint Hilarion is on the Vélocénie network ( Paris/ Mont Saint Michel and EuroVelo ( Budapeste /Saint Malo only by cycle lanes). The accommodation is located halfway (5 minutes by car) from the Gazeran and Epernon train stations on the Paris Montparnasse / Chartres line. You are 60 km from Paris, 40 km from Versailles and 30 km from Chartres. Breakfast is available on request: squeezed orange, homemade jam, eggs from our hens, bun, tea, milk, coffee. : 8 euros per person
