Free furnished single room for the paying guest

It is 1 minute walk from Bus stop and 12 minutes walk from Train station. Shopping place 2 minutes by driving and 12 minutes walk from my house. Direct train to International and domestic Airport from this station. Walking track and Swimming pool is very nearer. It is very sound and peaceful secured area. This Villa is near to bus stand and the Train station is also within walking distance. In the bedroom, there is one double bed that means one single female or one couple or 2 girls can stay. There is Smart TV in the living area. There are Air conditioner and a sofa in the living area. There is an extra cooking place in Pergola. And also a dining table and chairs there. There is WIFI connection in open place. A Small heater can be provided if required. There are hot cattle in the kitchen for warm water for making tea or coffee. One extra bed is available in another room with payment. If a guest wants any other things can be requested. Guest can access in all common area Yes My place is close to Bus stop , Train station, shopping centre and MacquarieField leisure centre. Walking track and swimming pool are within walking distance, park is not far. Guest should take permission for using host personal materials. Pork is not allowed to cook. Smoking is prohibited inside house and the room. Drinking is not allowed at common places. Pet is not allowed. Except guest other person should not come for gossiping.
