Mountain View Cottage (close to Ballarat)

This beautiful and relaxing cottage is located amongst the beautiful bush but still close to Ballarat. Come away to relax and unwind, become more at peace in your world. Kitchen and Bathrooms have local red gum benches. Fire pit outside, so the country air can be enjoyed while keeping warm. Lounge Room/Wood Fire (stacked and ready to be lit)/TV and Split System heating/cooling. Views of mountains from bedroom windows and verandah. Smoking is only allowed outside. Bush Walking (walk left when heading back out front gate) Watching Wildlife, Kangaroos in evenings and Koala's occasionally in trees. The hosts Emily and Steven like to meet their guests when they check in and ensure they have point of contact in case they need anything during their stay. Emily and Steven are happy to offer guests a farm tour of their working sheep farm if they have available time. Napoleons (3km away) provides a general store which provides cafe'style coffee, hot/cold food and a small range of groceries. Open from 6.30am to 7.30pm Monday to Saturday and 7.45am to 6.30pm Sunday's and Public Holidays. Buninyong (10km away) provides a small supermarket, multiple cafe's/restaurants, petrol stations, newsagent, chemist, bakery and pizza shop. Sebastopol (15km away) has larger supermarkets, street shops, library, multiple take away food options. Ballarat (20km away) is a large country town with lots of attractions for visitors coming to this region, including Sovereign Hill, Ballarat Wild Life Park, Lake Wendouree, Ballarat Botanical Gardens, Tram rides etc....
