The studio apartment is 19 sqm/210 sqft. It has a sleeping loft with two single beds. (Make sure to book for two if you are two) The kitchenette has a micro oven, small stove top, kettle and dishwasher. Size: Apartment size is 19 sqm/210 sqft. The apartment is located in the courtyard on ground floor. Restricted hight: Sleeping loft has restricted hight. Noise disturbance: There is an in-house restaurant and the personnel have access to the courtyard. They close at 23:00. Some noise disturbance may occur due to deliveries etc. Digital app based keys: You will need to download an app for key Windows: please note that there is a glass door entrance, but no more windows in the studio. Rules (see full rules under "House Rules"): -Strictly no guests except for confirmed guests in the booking and from our side explicitly agreed further guests in communication. Please ask if in any doubt. -If any extra guests are seen entering, we will cancel the booking with no refund as it is strictly against house rules. -With respect for neighbors: no partying (including "events" with friends) is allowed. -No smoking whatsoever - also NOT by the door or in the courtyard. Smoking will be penalized with SEK 2000 for sanitation. -No pets allowed.
