1 bedroomed home situated on acreage and fully fenced Undercover parking Experience the true rural lifestyle of Humpty Doo Walking distance to the Iconic Humpty Doo Pub and gateway to Kakadu National Park and Litchfield National Park 40 km to Darwin city The cottage is situated on our 6.5 acre property where we live at the back and is fenced and gated allowing mutual privacy All the basic essentials and fully furnished There is a camp bed and screen that can be erected in the lounge area to accommodate a 3rd person Outside swing chair and an undercover area with table and chairs in your little oasis of bush We are available by phone for any problems or can easily come down to the Cottage should the need arise We are walking distance to the Humpty Doo pub/ bottle shop - which has a restaurant attached A service station is next door to the bottle shop that sells various necessities needed whilst on the road and has very tasty Pizzas on their menu Approx 5km to shops and post office Woolworths/ Bakery/ Butcher/ Fish and Chips Nail salon/ Massage/ Hairdresser You need a vehicle to get around - undercover parking big enough for 2 cars Should you wish to bring your dog/ dogs - please contact me prior to booking. Will need to be fully house trained or I can supply a crate where there is an ample safe and covered area outside.
