Guest room, near airport + car parking + wlan

Spacious attic guest room in an old building. Not a big luxury, but still ideal for transit. Bus stop is 5 minutes away on foot. 8 minutes to Airport Memmingen by car. We live with our dogs on the 1st floor, with a large garden. Memmingen is the gateway to the Allgäu. in 1 hour to Munich or Lindau or Füssen. Parking spaces are in front of the house. Our house is located in a small town, about 10 minutes from Memmingen, where you are absolutely rural. There are several infrared heaters in the room. If this is not enough, a mobile heating and air conditioning unit is still available. The bathroom and toilet are on the 1st floor directly behind my apartment door and are shared.
