The Old Dairy-Kennel Farm Cottages
The Old Dairy is a brick built, semi detached former milking parlour . The space has an entrance, downstairs loo, large kitchen with washing machine. There is a living room, two sofas, TV, DVD, books and games. Upstairs there are two large Kingsize en suite bedrooms. There is no separate garden, however guests are allowed to roam the 90 acres. ONE well behaved dog allowed - on request! High level COVID-19 cleaning and sanitisation process completed after every stay! Kennel Farm was the former 'kennels' for Clarendon Palace on the Clarendon Estate next door. We have 90 acres for guests to enjoy. Some hills in places which offer great and exclusive views of Salisbury Cathedral. We have a small flock of Wiltshire Horn sheep, lambing in April. There are also pet goats and pigs to feed. We are in very easy reach of Salisbury and equally The New Forest in the other direction. You have the entire cottage. We live next door (quietly) There are two small barns also available on Airbnb within the farm. There is unlimited car parking space and loads of fields to roam. If you need help during your stay you are welcome to call, text, message or catch me if you see me! Kennel Farm is situated in Clarendon, a small hamlet close to Alderbury. We are on a main road with good access to the A36 but we do not find it noisy. There is a local pub- The Green Dragon, where Charles Dickens wrote Martin Chuzzlewit. Other pubs in local villages are good too. We are 10 minutes from town and all transport links to London and the west. . Salisbury has a good train line. Bus Service available to town from 200m away. Local Taxi service is very familiar to Kennel Farm. This farm is a working farm and from time to time farm machinery needs to access the fields. We urge guests to take care. All gates must be kept closed due to livestock and children.
