The top floor of our home consists of 2 queen bedrooms, lounge, bathroom, separate toilet and kitchenette. Use of outdoor area, BBQ and pool available Private entry, to guest only upstairs area. You will have access to the pool area, large deck area, laundry (washer, dryer, ironing etc) We are friendly and sociable couple, interaction level will be determined by our guests. Older established neighbourhood with park and children's play area across the road. Sensational coffee and pastries at local french patisserie 5 doors away. Near to Golf Course and Broadmeadow race course. We can assist with lifts but are only half a block from main bus route to town/beach. 1 Km to Broadmeadow Train Station. The price is for both rooms and complete upstairs area.
